She is currently studying the Grado Superior at the Maastricht Conservatory with Professor Gustav Rivinius. \nHe has received master classes from professors such as Alexander Chaushian\, Laurentiu Sbarcea\, Matthijs Broersma\, Fernando Arias\, Reinhard Latzko and Gabriel Schwabe. He has been a member and principal cello of the National Youth Orchestra of Catalonia. \nHe has won competitions and prizes where we can highlight the Honourable Mention in the International Pau Casals Award 2018\, 1st Prize in the Cidade de Vigo Competition 2020 and the 2nd BBVA Music Prize for Individual Talent where he also won a prize for the best interpretation of the Suite by Gaspard Gassadó. \nSince November 2020 he has been playing a 1720 Claude Pierray on loan from the Nationaal Muziekinstrumenten Fonds of Holland. \nShe has played in halls and auditoriums such as El Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona\, Opera Berlioz in Montpellier\, L’Auditori de Barcelona\, Tauberphilarmonie in Weikersheim among others. \nJudit Díaz Alvarez was born in Barcelona in 1994. She began her musical studies at the age of 7 and finished her professional studies at the Municipal Conservatory of Barcelona. Desde aquella fecha\, la OCAZ\, el “Grupo Enigma” se ha venido consolidando como uno de los proyectos posiblemente más originales y distintos de los surgidos en los últimos años en el panorama de la música española. Fue fundada por el maestro Juan José Olives\, director de orquesta y compositor canario\, que fue su director artístico y titular desde los inicios de la orquesta hasta su fallecimiento el pasado mes de diciembre. Olives aportó al grupo su personal impronta y el ideario alrededor del cual Enigma ha crecido y continúa trabajando. \nGracias al auspicio del Auditorio de Zaragoza\, la orquesta ha desarrollado una constante labor centrada principalmente en la interpretación y difusión de la música del siglo XXI y de aquella otra estrictamente contemporánea. \nEn varias ocasiones la OCAZEnigma ha ofrecido obras sinfónico-corales (como “Rosamunda” o la “Misa en mi bemol”\, ambas de Schubert\,  el “Requiem” de Fauré o “El Mesías” de Händel -en la versión de Mozart-)\, sinfonías de Haydn\, Mozart\, Beethoven o Schubert y distintas piezas de Rodrigo\, Wagner\, Britten o Dvorák. \nInvitada a participar en distintos festivales y ciclos\, la orquesta ha visitado\, entre otras ciudades\, Madrid\, Barcelona\, Alicante\, La Coruña\, Lugo\, El Vendrell\, Huesca\, Murcia\, Segovia\, Burgos\, Jaén\, Valencia\, Málaga\,  Torroella de Montgrí\, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria\, Tenerife\, México\, La Habana\, Santo Domingo\, Perpiñán París\, Londres\, Moscú\, Sofía\, Bremen y Dublín. \nEn Zaragoza la orquesta realiza\, desde 1997\, una importante labor didáctica. Los Conciertos Pedagógicos y el Concierto en Familia han venido congregando en torno a la música\, año tras año\, a miles de escolares. \nEn el capítulo de grabaciones la orquesta tiene en su haber un disco enteramente dedicado a Joaquím Homs (destacado como disco excepcional en las revistas “Ritmo” y “Scherzo”)\, un segundo compacto que reúne obras de compositores actuales aragoneses y sendos monográficos dedicados a Angel Oliver y a Luciano Berio. Como formación sinfónica existe un CD con la “Misa en mi bemol” de Schubert. Entre los últimos trabajos se encuentran la grabación de un CD con música de Paul Hindemith. La orquesta ha realizado también grabaciones para RNE-Radio Clásica y Catalunya Ràdio. \n\nAsier Puga – Director de orquesta                                                                \nAsier Puga\, director musical y artístico de Ciklus Ensemble y de la Orquesta de Cámara “Gregorio Solabarrieta”\, se forma como director de orquesta con maestros como Peter Stark\, Robin O’Neill y Howard Williams en el Royal College of Music de Londres\, consiguiendo las más altas calificaciones (Distinction). Previamente estudia con Arturo Tamayo\, Manel Valdivieso y Enrique García Asensio en el Centro Superior de Música del País Vasco (MUSIKENE). Refuerza sus conocimientos acudiendo a masterclasses de maestros como Pierre Boulez (Lucerne Festival Academy)\, Diego Masson (London Sinfonietta Academy)\, o Martin André (RCM)\, entre otros. \nEn el ámbito profesional destacan sus conciertos con la Orquesta Sinfónica de Euskadi\, Orquesta Sinfónica de Bilbao\, Covent Garden Chamber Orchestra\, Explore Ensemble\, Orquesta Sinfónica de Burgos\, Liceu XXI (Conservatori Liceu)\, RCM Philharmonic Orchestra\, entre otros. Actuando en festivales y auditorios de renombre como la Auditorio Kursaal\, Palau de la Música de Valencia\, Kings Place (Londres)\, Quincena Musical de San Sebastián\, Fundación Juan March\, Museo Guggenheim\, por citar algunos. \nEn 2016\, Asier fue uno de los tres directores seleccionados para participar en la prestigiosa London Sinfonietta Academy\, donde recibió masterclasses del director francés Diego Masson\, así como de los miembros de la London Sinfonietta. \nDebido a su gran interés por la música contemporánea\, Asier ha dirigido alrededor de 40 estrenos absolutos tanto en España como en Inglaterra\, y ha trabajado con compositores de renombre como Iñaki Estrada\, José Luis Campana\, Mikel Urquiza\, Lisa Illean\, Benjamin Oliver o Cheryl Frances-Hoad. Thus\, “Masters of Minimalism” is a concert that aims to offer a small sample of this influential musical trend\, emphasizing the great stylistic diversity that we can find within it. \nThe programme arises from the writing of the forthcoming book “The Modern Piano”\, by the composer Ernesto Mateo\, in which the characteristics of the music of authors such as Yann Tiersen\, Ludovico Einaudi or Wim Mertens are reviewed\, that is\, instrumental music with classical roots with a strong influence of minimalism and elements of pop-rock. For this concert\, the instrumental staff has been expanded by adding two violins and a flute. Rodriguez DESCRIPTION:The Canarian pianist Evelia Mª Rodríguez was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria\, where she began her studies at the Professional Conservatory of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with the teacher Ana Isabel Juan De Alzola\, combining her piano training with Fermina Caballero Massieu and finishing with an Honors License and Extraordinary End of Degree Award. \nAfter being awarded in the first edition of the City of Gáldar Pedro Espinosa Contest\, she is granted a scholarship by the Island Council of Gran Canaria to further her studies with the pianist Pedro Espinosa in Madrid. \nMore recently he has completed his training with the Ukrainian pianist Galyna Neporzhnya\, and Miguel Ángel Ortega Chavaldas. He also receives valuable advice from Professor Almudena Cano. \nHe attends master classes by Guillermo González\, Cristina Bruno\, Esteban Sanchez\, Carmen Bravo\, Luca Chiantore\, Uli Molsen\, Almudena Cano\, among others. \nHe has performed in various concert halls in Las Palmas\, Lanzarote\, Fuerteventura\, La Palma\, and in recordings for RTVE\, receiving good reviews and reception from the public. \nParallel to his activity as an interpreter he maintains an intense pedagogical life at the Professional Music Conservatory Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. \n\nPROGRAM \nF. They have been members of the Academy of Ancient Music of the Conservatory of Music of Aragon\, and have attended to different editions the International Course of Early Music of Daroca\, where they had the opportunity to work with Luis Antonio González (“Los músicos de su alteza”) . They have also participated in the Ancient Music Festival of Albarracín. \nThey have performed as a duo in various stages of the Aragonese capital such as the Cultural Center of Arms\, the Auditorium Eduardo del Pueyo\, the Conservatory of Music of Aragon and the Professional Conservatory of Music of Zaragoza\, participating in the project of integration of the historic center of Zaragoza. \nIn 2015 they made a tour arround Nicaragua in which they did not only presented their pedagogical project but also performed as a duo at the Batahola Norte Cultural Center in Managua. Throughout these years she belonged to the “Barenboim-Said Academy of Orchestral Studies”\, with professors Mathis Fischer and Klaus Peters\, and studied for a year at the “Conservatoire à Rayonement Régional de Boulogne-Billancourt”\, in Paris \, thanks to an Erasmus scholarship. \nIn her most outstanding orchestral experience we include the Young Orchestra of Andalucia for more than eight years\, she has participated in “L’orchester des Jeunes de la Méditerranée” in 2014 and 2015 and recently she is an active member of the NJO (“Nationaal Jeugd Orkest” of the Netherlands). In 2008\, she joined Dogus Children Symphony Orchestra\, which has been directed by Prof. Rengim Gökmen. Afterwards\, she gave various concerts with this orchestra between 2008 and 2010. Besides\, she also attended\, as a soloist but also as a member of chamber music ensemble various music festivals in Ankara. She attended many important masterclasses with Tatjana Masurenko in 2009 and Naoko Shimuzu in 2009\, among others \nIn 2011\, she started to study viola with Feza Gökmen. She earned the opportunity to be a part of Turkish National Youth Philharmonic Orchestra directed by Cem Mansur\, which took place at the Young Euro Classic in Berlin. In the same year\, she was selected to be a member of Ankara Youth Symphony Orchestra as the principal viola. Moreover\, she gave a lot of concerts in Turkey with the orchestra of Hacettepe University Ankara of the State Conservatory. In 2012\, she took part in 15th International Young Musicians Chamber Music competition in Edirne and her ensemble group recieveing a honorable mention award. In year 2012\, she had opportunity to attend of the Presidential Symphony Orchestra in Ankara. In 2013-2014\, she had the opportunity to study with Prof. Mikhail Zemtsov in Utrecht Conservatorium during an exchange program. She performed Bloch Concertino for flute and viola with flute player Hazar Birkan as a soloist with Utrecht Conservatorium Youth Orchestra. She completed her bachelor education with a honor prize at Hacettepe Ankara of the State Conservatory in 2015. Since 2016 she is continuing her education in the Conservatorium Maastricht with Julia Dinerstein\, and she is part of the “Wolność“ string quartet\, performing in January and March 2018. \n\nJUDIT DíAZ \nBorn in Barcelona\, Spain\, in 1994\, she began playing cello at the age of six at the Escola de Música de Gracia. At the age of eight she started receiving private lessons with Adam Glubinski\, member of the Orquestra del Liceo during almost six years\, and later she completed her professional degree at the Municipal Conservatory  of Barcelona with Eulalia Nosás\, graduating in 2012. During this period she did various activities regarding chamber music: In 2008 she won the third prize in the Jugend Musiziert international competition with the JISA trio\, and in 2009 the second prize with a Baroque music ensemble\, where she learned “Viola da Gamba”. \nIn 2012 she moved to Berlin\, Germany\, to receive lesson from Katarzyna Polonek\, who used to perform as a soloist in the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and from Beate Altenburg\, member of the Statskapelle Berlin. During this period\, several chamber music concerts were held: in Lanzarote in January 2012 with the ensemble “Everett” and in March 2013 in Berlin with the trio of the community  “Canarios en Berlin”. She was also a member of J.P.O.N. (Young Philharmonic Orchestra of Saxony) during 2013\, performing all around Germany. \nIn September 2014 she moved to the Netherlands to study higher education with Professor Mirel Iancovici at the Maastricht Conservatory. Since then she has performed several concerts of chamber music and young orchestra: in October 2014 with the Youth Orchestra MUZICI of the Netherlands\, January 2015 with the trio of Piano “Maas”; in March he participated in 2015 with the orchestra “Guido’s Orchestra” in a program on German television; in April 2015 with the Cello Octet “Multicelli”; in July 2015 with the “Latin Breeze” ensemble; in October 2016 with the Symphony Orchestra B.A.M.
